• In case of change of ownership need NHS letter of change of ownership
• There needs to be a minimum net spend of £200 per delivery or else there will be a £15.00 delivery charge per drop
• If customer already have an account with us that should be mentioned on the form.
• Page 4 of account opening form is also compulsory.

When you click on AAH and Trident, it will redirect you to the form directly on https://www.aah.co.uk/s/opening-an-aah-account website.

You have to complete the form once, in order to open the account with both AAH and Trident. At the end, you will be asked to print, sign and post the original direct debit mandate. Although it's a FREEPOST address, we still urge you to send it via recorded mail.

Once you have done that and posted the original direct debit mandate, it can take anywhere between 2 – 4 weeks for the account to open.

Unfortunately, we are unable to follow this up for you from our end, because the process of opening the account is being looked after by your local AAH representative. So, if you need to query the status of your account, you will only be able to do it with your local AAH representative. If you are not sure who your local AAH representative is then you will need to ring AAH customer services to find out the contact details.

Once your account is open, can you please send us the account numbers for AAH and Trident and we will then try and get this added on Drug Comparison.

We will submit your AAH and Trident account details every 20th of the month and both your accounts will be ready under the Drug Comparison pricing from the first of the following month. So please note, Trident may not be added until the 1st of next month.
