1. General

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to use of services provided by Drug Comparison Ltd t/a Drug Comparison, a company registered in England and Wales, with registration number 8319818, whose registered address is 15 Owen Close, Fareham, PO16 7GZ, UK.

1.2 This contract is an agreement between us for the services we provide from the day it is signed by the customer. The person buying the services ( you), hereby agrees for Drug Comparison to provide the services on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

1.3 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice by amending this page. The amended terms and conditions will be effective from the date they are posted on this website. As these terms may be amended from time to time, you should check them whenever you visit this website. Your continued use of this website after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions, the following definitions are used.

Agreement - the contract or statement of work agreed between the parties
Parties - Drug Comparison Ltd t/a Drug Comparison and the customer (you), together hereinafter referred to as the "Parties"
Business day - any day other than Saturday, Sunday and Public bank holiday in England
Business hours - between 0900 to 1800 on a business day
Fees/Payments/Charges - the amount payable by the customer (you) to Drug Comparison (us) for the services we provide during the period of subscription
Free Trial - provided by Drug Comparison to the customer (you) for the 30 days of joining the software
Subscription Date - the date when the Customer (you) officially starts using the services
Services - all or any of the services provided by Drug Comparison
Customer or you - the user using the services of the website and/or software
Drug Comparison or we - the company (us) supplying the services
Product provider - the wholesaler or supplier selling the goods

3. Registration

3.1 By registering with Drug Comparison, you agree that any information you provide will be complete and accurate, that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the software under the name of another Customer.

3.2 You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when you register.

3.3 We reserve the right to decline a new registration or cancel a registration at any time.

3.4 If you choose, or you are provided with a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user name or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

3.5 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our software. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our software through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

4. Use of Services

4.1 We provide a service that enables customers to compares prices for a number of products and services and make decisions based on those comparisons.

4.2 We neither provide financial, investment or other advice in relation to the product compared nor provide any recommendation of product providers.

4.3 The information obtained on products are directly from the wholesalers on behalf of the customers. Therefore, it is important that you double-check all the information and verify the prices charged on the invoice before accepting any products from the supplier.

4.4 We seek to ensure that we accurately pass on the information to you from the product provider for the purpose of providing a price comparison.

4.5 Product provider's prices and offers are amended and updated on a regular basis therefore our price comparisons are subject to change without prior notice.

4.6 Any information on product changes relayed to us from the product provider will be aimed to be updated within 24 hours. Although we work very closely with our product providers, we will not be responsible in any way or form for any price changes if the product provider fails to notify us at the time of change.

4.7 We do not control the price, length of offers or special conditions relating to price comparison quotes. These are directly set by the product providers. If you wish to find out how long a price is valid for, please contact the product provider directly.

4.8 We provide links to third party websites as part of our service. We accept no liability for any statements, information, content, products or services that are published on, or may be accessible from, these third party websites. We can also give no guarantee they are free from viruses or anything else that could be infectious or destructive.

5. Customer's Obligations

5.1 The customer warrants that it has the necessary right and authority to enter into an agreement with us and authorises us to use any information and materials for us to perform our obligations under the agreement

5.2 The customer agrees to notify us for any changes to be made to key data in writing with full details of the required changes. We reserve the right to charge the customer for making such changes to the services in writing prior to accepting and implementing any agreed changes.

5.3 The customer acknowledges and accepts that it will need a valid broadband connection in order to access our website.

5.4 The customer acknowledges and agrees to co-operate fully with us in order to provide such services set out in this agreement.

5.5 The customer at its own expense, must provide necessary information and/or materials required by us relating to the services to enable us to fulfil our obligations set out in this agreement.

6. Fees/Payments/Charges

6.1 The fees for the services provided by Drug Comparison are set out in the quotation.

6.2 The customer shall pay the subscription fees for the services we provide per calendar month

6.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of all invoices will be made by the customer to Drug Comparison in full in British Pounds Sterling as invoiced, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of an invoice.

6.4 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated and the customer will pay any and all tax duties and other government charges payable in respect of the use and supply of services.

6.5 If the customer does not pay within the period set out above, we have the right to suspend any supply and use of services.

6.6 Receipts for payments will be issued by us only at your request.

7. Termination and Cancellation

7.1 The customer agrees to give a 30 day notice if they wish to cancel their subscription with Drug Comparison. If they wish to cancel the subscription before the date of invoice, Drug Comparison has the right to charge the customer the full fees of that calendar month.

7.2 This agreement shall automatically renew at the end of each calendar month until terminated or cancelled by the customer provided a 30 day notice is given or by the company.

7.3 Drug Comparison has the right to terminate the customer's subscription immediately without any notice if:

a) the company feels that the customer has committed a breach of its terms and privacy policy.

b) the customer misuses our website and software by knowingly introducing viruses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

c) the customer attempts to gain unauthorised access to our website and software.

d) the customer attempts to gain unauthorised access to the server on which our website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our website.

e) the customer fails to pay any amount due under the contract on the due date for payment.

7.4 By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our website will cease immediately.
