1 How do I register?
Please fill in the registration form on the home page providing us with as much detail as possible. By registering, you are agreeing and signing to Drug Comparison terms and conditions. Once you register, a member of our sales team will be in touch with you.
2 How do I pay?
Monthly subscription payments can be made via bank transfer or standing order.
3 How do I send an order?
To send an order, you have three options. Web transmission transmits orders directly to the supplier. Alternatively, you can email your orders to the supplier or print your order page and manually fax it across.
4 What if I miss the cut-off time?
If you miss sending your orders before the supplier’s cut-off time, your order will be delivered after the next delivery.
5 What if an item is out of stock?
You can reorder the out-of-stock items using our reorder functionality from the next available supplier.
6 How can I return an item?
Normal returns policy applies with all suppliers. Please kindly contact the relevant supplier.
7 Can I choose which supplier to use for ordering my stock?
Yes. You can decide which supplier to use from the list which we offer.
8 I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Please click on the ‘can’t access your account?’ tab on the sign-in page and follow the on-screen procedure.
